As if Katie Price didn't have enough on her plate already with her protracted split from hubby Alex Reid, it seems she's now going to have to fight for custody of her children.

Her ex-husband Peter Andre is reported to have filed an application to the Family Court to try to get sole custody of their two children together, Junior and Princess Tiaamii.

Pete is claimed to have made the move after hearing how their daughter suffered a burn to her back while away with Katie in Klosters recently - which police are now reported to be investigating.

Katie has confirmed that she has been interviewed by officers and claims that she has "co-operated fully".

Pete is allegedly claiming that she is unfit to look after the children and the pair of them have no intention of waiting until they are in court to commence hostilities.

Last week they were sniping at each other in public about the burn and now she's claimed that Pete's team leaked a phone recording in which she told him "I wish you'd get in your car, crash and die!" to the News of the World.

She said: "I am deeply saddened that it would appear my ex-husband would deliberately choose to ring me and make a fuss about a minor injury to Princess and allow it to be filmed and recorded for his TV show. This appears to reveal his true motivation.

"Now a recording of that conversation has been provided to the press. I am not sure how this is meant to help the children, or is putting them first."

She didn't seem to apologise for wishing him dead though, which is a bit off actually.
